How Farm Rio achieved 61% more conversions with Segment Prioritisation

Born in 1997, Farm Rio is a renowned Brazilian fashion brand with Rio’s nature and culture at its core. The brand quickly grew from a small local stall in Rio de Janeiro into a global lifestyle label. Inspired by Brazil’s tropical fauna, flora, and cultural traditions, Farm Rio has become synonymous with vibrant prints and joyful fashion.

Today, a collective of Brazilian creatives designs more than 700 unique prints each year, turning every collection into a celebration of color and optimism. With over 100 stores in Brazil and a growing international presence in the US and Europe, Farm Rio continues to bring the spirit of Rio to the world.

The challenge

Farm Rio had already found success with ROI Hunter’s Product Performance Management (PPM) solutions, particularly using Meta Best Sellers to drive strong lower-funnel performance. This success, however, brought a new challenge: how to scale the strategy even further without risking saturation. 

For Meta, consolidated campaigns are best practice. Too much fragmentation limits the algorithm’s ability to optimize. Farm Rio therefore needed a way to go beyond Best Sellers within a single structure — opening more room for growth while keeping efficiency and strong ROAS.

THE SOLUTION

To break through this ceiling, Farm Rio adopted ROI Hunter’s Segment Prioritisation. Instead of building a campaign solely around Best Sellers, Segment Prioritisation made it possible to adjust delivery within one consolidated campaign.

This approach allowed Farm Rio to:

  • Increase bid on Best Sellers,
  • Reduce spend on Poor Performers
  • Provide more inventory to Meta campaigns, while staying aligned with platform best practices.

The strategy was tested over a three-week A/B setup:

  • Campaign A: Best Sellers only
  • Campaign B: Best Sellers enhanced with Segment Prioritisation

THE RESULTS

The results highlighted the power of Segment Prioritisation to unlock more sustainable growth. By reallocating spend within a single, consolidated campaign, Farm Rio was able to scale performance  without overspending on saturated products.

The results: 

  • +45% ROAS 
  • +61% Conversions 
  • -38% CPA 

In the end, Segment Prioritisation gave Farm Rio a smarter way to balance growth and efficiency. The brand achieved higher returns, more conversions, and healthier budget distribution all while staying true to Meta’s best practices for campaign optimization.
