ROI Hunter was founded in 2014 as a Facebook Marketing Partner, having just won the Facebook Accelerator Program. We felt very opportunistic about our capabilities and had created features that Facebook did not have. We were growing decently quickly, and saving a lot of manual time for our customers, but I still felt that we were missing something.
It took us 4 years to collect the insights that led us to redefine ourselves as a Product Marketing Platform, a concept that now presents us with real purpose and endless possibilities for how we can create a significant impact on online retailing. I am glad that our customers gradually helped us discover the biggest challenges of online retailing, and the reasons no one has solved them yet.
We are witnessing the most significant transformation of retail in human history, and many retailers are struggling to stay profitable.
ROI Hunter is here, partnered with Facebook and Google, to help those retailers find the best solutions for their challenges.

My favourite things about working at ROI Hunter are the intrapreneurial culture, working with a fun lean team and that no two days are the same. My work with top tier clients and other departments has a direct impact on company product strategy and the solutions we bring to market.
What I like most about being in ROI Hunter, is probably the people. I love that you can share ideas with anybody in the business, and ROI Hunter’s culture is very much one that expects people to be giving feedback both upward and downward. I am proud of the growth we have achieved in the UK.
My journey in ROI Hunter started in 2016 as a tester, discovering the possibilities of automated testing with Selenium. Since then, I have moved from testing to support, which I now lead. This is probably the thing I like most about ROI Hunter - with high effort, you can move to a position that fits you and the business the best.
I like breaking things and exploring new possibilities. I am proud that we are now full-stack teams, no longer in need of a separate department for testing.
We are agile, and we are continuously trying to improve and learn from our mistakes.
I love my job as it allows me to act as a key interface between the customer and the company, and I’m happy when our customers achieve success with the products I helped build with my team.

ROI Hunter was founded in Brno in 2014, and it remains the company headquarters to this day. We develop our product here, and the office is home to our Developers, Product Managers, Finance, and People teams.
