ROI Hunter was founded in 2014 as a Facebook Marketing Partner, having just won the Facebook Accelerator Program. We felt very opportunistic about our capabilities and had created features that Facebook did not have. We were growing decently quickly, and saving a lot of manual time for our customers, but I still felt that we were missing something.
It took us 4 years to collect the insights that led us to redefine ourselves as a Product Marketing Platform, a concept that now presents us with real purpose and endless possibilities for how we can create a significant impact on online retailing. I am glad that our customers gradually helped us discover the biggest challenges of online retailing, and the reasons no one has solved them yet.
