Product Designer (UX)

About us

At ROI Hunter, the decisions that our users make are critical for their businesses. Our job is to make those decisions seem easy by showing the right insights at the right time. We are looking for an experienced product designer to help us with that ambitious challenge. We want someone who is ready to own the design processes, be a strategic partner to our Product Managers and bring value through insight and craft.

We work with some of the most innovative and fastest growing e-commerce companies across the globe and we help them optimize how they reach out to their customers and engage with them in a more meaningful way. We have seen over and over again that this is the right way to grow their business, which is one of our key drivers and our ultimate goal.

You and us

We expect you to be passionate about data visualization and empathic towards our users. Since they are power users, professionals in digital marketing, you will strive to understand the details and motivations of their workflows. Hand-in-hand with product managers, you will gather user insights, analyze them and shape strong ideas that create the best in class product for major e-commerce companies around the globe.

To put the job in a clearer perspective: we are not looking for a designer that will bring the edgiest fonts to the app, but rather someone who knows how to make numbers easy to read. And while we expect you to create some good-looking buttons, we care way more about putting them in the right places.

We have recently stumbled upon an interesting article about designing for enterprise software. We want to invite you to read it and tell us what you think about it! Maybe we'll get along well from the get go.
