ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Frontend Developer, you will be joining the Feed Team at ROI Hunter, responsible for building and owning solutions for catalog management, Snapchat integration, and our brand new TikTok integration.
- You will be working on a platform that makes the marketing efforts of 200+ enterprise ecommerce companies more efficient and successful - from catalog management to live integrations with TikTok, Snapchat, Meta and Google.
- You will build and own the frontend for our Catalog Manager and product sets, and develop catalogs and ads management for TikTok largely from scratch.
- You will re-use and extend our UI component library across integrations, and contribute to the TikTok frontend as that integration matures.
- We do mandatory code reviews before every merge - we see it as one of the best ways to learn from each other and keep the codebase something we're all proud of.
- There's no dedicated QA in the team, so developers self-test and cross-test each other's work - we frame this as ownership, not a gap.
- We use AI-assisted development tools like Claude Code and GitHub Copilot every day. We encourage using them to boost efficiency and free up energy for solving the most critical parts of our codebase - just make sure you can always explain what you shipped.
ABOUT YOU
You are a front-end developer who takes ownership of what you build and cares about the quality of your output - not just whether it works, but whether it's maintainable and readable by the person sitting next to you.
- You are a self-starter who enjoys building things that people actually use.
- You are based in Brno so we can meet in person from time to time.
- React is your home, but you are not stopping there. You want to understand how it all works, and TypeScript is already a natural part of how you write code.
- You are as passionate about using AI tools in development as we are - and you know the difference between using AI to go faster and just letting it write code you can't explain.
- You care about quality and like to understand how things fit together, but you can adapt. Sometimes a quick prototype is exactly what's needed.
- You're comfortable with code reviews - giving honest feedback and receiving it without ego is just how good teams work.
- If you have experience with backend (Kotlin, Python) or SQL, that's a genuine plus - full stack curiosity is valued here.
- You will work in Czech or Slovak within the team, but English is required for the codebase, documentation and occasional collaboration with Pattern's international teams.
- You want to stick around and grow with us - not jump between projects every few months.
