What we do
Who we are
Nine out of ten startups never get this far. Ours began as a side project among a few friends in Brno, and in 2014 it won a place in Facebook's accelerator program. Suddenly, a handful of people in a Czech office were building ad tools Facebook itself didn't have.
The years that followed weren't a straight line. We learnt, often the hard way, what big retailers really struggle with, and ended up creating our own category - Product Performance Management.
At the end of 2025, we joined Pattern, a US e-commerce company that started a year before us and is now listed on Nasdaq. Today we work with brands we could only have dreamt of pitching a few years ago. Many of the people who started this are still building it.
What we value
Real impact comes from combining expertise with curiosity about what the customer really needs. We don't sit around waiting to be told what to do. We figure out what matters, suggest a solution, and get it done. We start fast and test what works in practice, while keeping the big picture and the risks in view. Mistakes happen, and we learn from them.
Our product, our processes, and ecommerce itself can always get a bit better. The more we explore, adapt, and try what works, the bigger our impact. We use data to find the root cause, the pattern behind it, and the best fix. And we’re big fans of AI, so we keep finding new ways to work with it.
Being transparent and willing to be vulnerable lets us take on uncertain, demanding situations and take risks. That’s what moves us forward. We welcome feedback because it helps us grow, and we welcome good ideas from anyone.
Our clients come first. We learn to listen well to what they need, see things through their eyes, and earn their trust by being honest, responsive, and good at what we do. When they succeed, we succeed.

The people you'd work with

My journey in ROI Hunter started in 2016 as a tester, discovering the possibilities of automated testing with Selenium. Since then, I have moved from testing to support, which I now lead. This is probably the thing I like most about ROI Hunter - with high effort, you can move to a position that fits you and the business the best.
Jan
The best thing about ROI Hunter is the possibility to work on really challenging and interesting projects. Because of that, I am able to gain experience very quickly and moreover, I can cooperate with such inspiring and supportive colleagues.
Adam
What I love about working at ROI Hunter is the opportunity to grow. I started in a client-facing role and then transitioned to the product team, where I had an opportunity to build a separate product and a team around it. I’m surrounded by some of the smartest people in the industry working together to build the best, most innovative product possible for our customers.

You know that you found your dream job when you equally love your colleagues and your daily tasks. Our little sales team created a fun, motivating and inspiring environment - full of learning opportunities. I couldn’t be happier to be part of this company, I am looking forward to the future challenges.
Jirka
I was hired in 2016 right after finishing my school with very little experience. I'm proud of working with people that soon became my best friends. I've seen our company evolve and I'm still learning new things. I'm glad to be here and I look forward to what the future brings us.
You'll enjoy it here if you
Start on what matters without waiting to be asked.
Want to know whether your work moved a number.
Don't need everything set in stone to find your way.
Share an idea even when it might not be popular at first.
If you're looking for a five-person startup, we've outgrown that stage, and we're part of a bigger company now.
Right now, we are exploring our way and redefining how we work as part of the larger Pattern family. It's a fun ride because, on one hand, we work with great people who are so similar to us. On the other, we learn how to collaborate and embrace all our differences. It's not the first time we have had to figure this out, and we are good at cracking tough problems. If you're like us, this might be the best moment for you to join. You won't just solve business challenges. You'll also leave your mark on the company we're becoming.
Good to know
Where we are
Most of the team is in Brno, Czech Republic. Our commercial colleagues work closer to their clients, in the UK, Dubai, Brazil, India and South Africa. Many other colleagues work at Pattern sites around the world.
How flexible it is
We care about results more than hours at a desk, and you agree with your leader and your team on what your week looks like. You're hired in a specific country, where your contract, taxes, and insurance are handled, so if you're thinking about moving, talk to us first.
