Soft Skills

  • Big Picture AND Details - You can think both about details and about the big picture with complex structures, to build long term visions, consider metrics and measure the impact. 
  • Autonomy - You’ll take full ownership of your work, and you take responsibility for every last detail, every step of the way.
  • Excellent communication skills - sync with customers, work with small product teams to help them to run user research and usability testing, ability to present and explain findings of user research and design outcomes for the whole product teams.
  • Problem-solving skills - you’re a visionary person who comes up with solutions. You see what should be done and can bring incremental value to the business. You’re used to digging deep into problems and ability to explore various approaches and design paths.
  • Proactivity & ability to learn - you always learn and come up with the newest UX techniques and educate people around you.

Hard Skills

  • 3 years of experience for B2B platforms; designing at a consumer-focused tech or media companies is a plus
  • Experience in the unification of design systems or creating a UI kit
  • Knowledge of product design processes and methodologies (user testing, product discovery, design spring, design thinking, etc.

 

The job

Why you?

The decisions our users make are critical for their businesses. Our job is to make those decisions feel easy by showing the right insights at the right time. We are looking for an experienced product designer with a strong focus on structure thinking, platform design architecture and UX rather than UI.

We want someone who is ready to:

  • own the design processes
  • be a strategic partner to our Product Managers end Engineers
  • and bring value through insights and craft

The long-term goal is to save the time of our users by enabling them to take the right actions:

  • identify their user journeys frameworks
  • draw their attention to important issues with their ads strategy and explain them.

You’ll report to our Product Leader Pavel Šafařík - feel free to ask him any question directly!

What's to be done

  • Ambitious & global product - with tenth thousands of users from the US, LatAm, Europe, Middle-East and Africa. You’ll be able to work with a lot of data and a powerful product that brings our e-commerce users business performance. This is a chance to forge visuals for big and small e-commerce brands.

  • The main projects - Improving and unifying our UI kit, build processes for easy-design creation and educate our people. Basically implementing and evangelising our unified design within the entire company.
