We have just raised $5m Series-A, which will be used mainly to grow our product and because of that we are looking for an experienced Talent sourcer who can help us to source and attract the best IT talents to join our engineering team in Brno.

In this role you should

  • Create the right sourcing strategy for technical roles based on the Hiring plan and execute it.
  • Identify culture and skills fit and engage the right profile candidates for ROI Hunter jobs.
  • Bring in 50+ new contacts every week until the priority position is closed.
  • Use the right channels for the right jobs in the most efficient way (time, costs, energy).
  • Communicate with passive candidates as an ROI Hunter employer brand ambassador.
  • Hand over the interesting and important candidate information to Recruiter to help hire the candidate successfully.
  • Continually bring new ideas for the sourcing improvement.
  • Provide hiring pipeline data where key metrics are:
    • # new contacts per week
    • % of prospects who become candidates
    • # of interviews for Recruiter
    • % of candidates who become hires.

What we need from you

What is the must for us:

  • 2+ years experience in Talent acquisition and sourcing within technical roles.
  • Experience with worldwide talent sourcing, talent acquisition, recruitment lifecycle.
  • Boolean and semantic searching, data mining, technology fan.
  • Basic overview of technologies, programming languages, databases, infrastructure etc.
  • Business-like attitude, data-driven decision making, focus on added value.
  • A positive and curious personality who likes people, naturally trustworthy, professional networking skills.
  • You should be good at the prioritization, we have several projects to work on.
  • The skill of sourcing from social media, professional networks, community sites (Facebook, LinkedIn, Hubspot, GitHub, Quora, Slack...).
  • Creativity, out of the box thinking.
