ROI Hunter was founded in 2014 and have fast become one of the most reputable Facebook and Google Marketing Partners globally. We are headquartered in Brno (the Czech Republic) and have offices in Prague (the Czech Republic), Dubai (United Arab Emirates), Singapore and Sao Paulo (Brazil).

We now seek Talent Sourcer to help support the growth of our teams.

In this role, you will:

  • Take the lead in sourcing talent for our sales, customer success, and marketing team mainly
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
  • Research and generate target lists of candidates and develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Conduct phone screens to get to know candidates and evaluate whether there is a mutual fit between them and ROI Hunter
  • Be in touch with past candidates regarding new openings
  • Maintain Talent Acquisition Sourcing metrics

You should:

  • Have at least 1+ year of experience sourcing talent (experience sourcing for sales and marketing role is a huge plus)  
  • Know your way around LinkedIn, InMail, and the standard suite of recruiting communication tools
  • A creative and strategic view of sourcing, with affinity toward social networking channels
  • Be fond of recruitment and people :)
  • Fluency in English
  • The role is based in Prague
