The job

Responsibilities

  • Direct client support mainly on Intercom and in other communication channels (chat, email...) mainly in the LatAm region but also globally

  • Support on FB and Google marketing issues

  • Communication and consultancy with Customer Success Manager

  • Processing and discussing product feedback to product managers

  • Reporting discovered issues

  • Support on questions and issues in ROI Hunter

  • response time

  • customer satisfaction or happiness

Requirements

👍 Must-have:
  • Facebook or Google Ads experience
  • Fluent Working English
  • Portuguese
  • Great communication skills
  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • Strong client orientation
  • Patience & empathy
  • Marketing enthusiasm
👌 Nice-to-have:
  • Online retail experience
  • Spanish language
  • You're not a morning person, you prefer to arrive at & leave the workplace later 🛌
