Business Development Executive - MENA


We are looking for an ambitious and committed Sales Hunter who can do what it takes to have a successful record in enterprise software sales.

In our office in Dubai, you will be responsible for the entire sales process from identifying business opportunities to developing new prospects and building a great sales pipeline.

You have experience in generating leads and expanding the customer database in a product organization. You are a master in striking an engaging conversation with mid-management/senior executives and attracting their attention towards the product value


  •  Identifying and qualifying new leads
  • Managing the whole sales process from start to finish
  • Being rigorous in activity tracking and reporting activities
  • Maintaining clear channels of communication with the rest of the team


  • A “seller” personality: charismatic, positive, and a high tolerance for frustration while feeling comfortable both on the phone and face to face clients meetings
  • 1-3 years experience in sales/ business development/account management
  • Previous digital marketing experience is a must
  • The ability to build and maintain strong interpersonal relationships
  • A solution-driven attitude and the ability to work in a structured and organized way
  • Preferred but not mandatory experience: sales, e-commerce, online business, and/or start-ups
  • Great network with strong connections in MENA
  • Fluent English speaker - Arabic or European language is plus!
