Requirements

Must Have

  • Browser dev tools orientation (You know how to use console, network tab, network tools etc.)
  • You are patient and able to spot even the smallest irregularity.
  • The difference between JSON/XML is an irrelevant question for you and you call API more often than you call your Mom.
  • Great! Just tell us that HTTP methods are your cup of tea (but we like coffee more) and we are all ears.

Great to Have

  • Writing auto tests in Cypress, Jest, jUnit
  • Git basics
  • DOM / CSS editing
  • Bug tracking (JIRA) and logging tools (Graylog)

Unicorn Like

  • Interest in UX / design
  • Advanced testing technics (XSS - to be learned during the role)
  • FB GraphAPI

 


 

The job

What's to be done

Daily:
  • Checking new features functionality and ensuring operational stability of old features 
  • Cooperating on new features operational definition (nitpicking problems and possible corner cases before development starts)
  • Assisting our support team in reducing the amount of false bugs report received
Extra:
  • Performing code review
  • Writing new automated tests
  • Development of easy bug fixes and small features
Challenges:
  • Improving delivery process
  • Improving test pipeline
  • Working with Jenkins pipelines and docker files
