The job

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve employee experience on both short term and long run
  • Empower employees and managers to solve issues efficiently
  • Manage company internal data related to performance, employee experience, candidate experience and employee churn
  • Provide data and recommendations to People team, Managers and all employees
  • Enable cross-team collaboration, team-building and build bridge between teams
  • Provide constant support to other People team members

Requirements

πŸ‘ Must have:

  • High interpersonal skills: very comfortable and adaptable within different environment and with different people, the person can understand, explain, convince and challenge anyone without hurdle
  • Data mindset & intermediate level of Excel/GSheet: mastery of Hlookup, Vlookup and if possible very basic SQL queries
  • Autonomous & proactive: the person can lead small projects independently
  • Adaptable: Familiar with a wide range of careers and/or cultures
  • HR experience in a company which scaled successfully from 50 to +120

πŸ‘Œ Nice to have (bonus points to have):

  • International experience - +1 year living abroad outside of CEE (university, work or anything else)
  • Experience in hiring, event management, managing a small budget or admin work in Czechia
  • Some marketing knowledge: SEO, PPC, Social Media Content, Channels: Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest

  • Experience with internal communication
  • Expats / Working Visa knowledge
  • Native English
  • Familiar with Czechia, Slovakia, London, Dubai, Brazil or US
  • Familiar with both salespersons and programmers
