Legal Specialist - Brno, Czechia

👫 Who are we looking for? We’re looking for an excellent Legal Counsel that will support the insurance that the company operates within the law at all times, offer counsel on legal issues, create an effective guardian of the organisation and facilitate business strategy development.

About the role

  • Draft, review, update, and maintenance of the company's T&Cs
  • Ensure legal compliance and limit risk exposure
  • Review and provide legal advice for documents and agreements with clients and vendors
  • Co-own compliance with the group-wide commercial-related legal processes
  • Point of contact for any and all external legal advisors
  • Drafting and updating regional templates - NDA, SOF, terminations, etc
  • Communication with the Finance team, definition and implementation of local requirements in terms of contractual and billing process;


Who we are looking for?

  • Formal degree in Law
  • Proven general counseling experience in a business environment
  • Ability to adapt, develop and execute legal strategies and objectives
  • High degree of professional ethics, integrity, and character
  • General knowledge and understanding of international law principles
  • Excellent communication skills in both Czech and English
