WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
  • Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.)
  • Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for management and other key stakeholders
  • Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring
  • Building senior strategic relationship with key clients and key Facebook stakeholders in APAC region - including Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, South Korea, Australia and New Zealand and India
  • Portfolio review for opportunities to increase revenue on existing accounts and building new partnerships
  • Track and manage churn risks (NPS, Churn analysis)
  • Prioritize activity on key deals/customers, lead generation according to planned hit lists
  • Articulating tasks on behalf of the region - Product, Marketing, Headcount
  • Managing regional sales team - ensure regular regional team meetings and 1:1 with all team members, hiring, ensure the right level of sales activity (works closely with Sales functional lead)
  • Working closely with Customer Success Manager functional lead

WHAT WE NEED

  • You are a keen, eager learner who turns every experience into a growth opportunity
  • You understand that client-service businesses are only strong when they are customer-oriented
  • “Can do” attitude, strategic thinker and passion for new products and solutions.
  • You are comfortable with use of tools/technologies for sales performance tracking and reporting
  • Proven track record of effectively negotiating deals with tickets sizes above $50k per year
  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience, with 3+ year’s proven experience specifically in the SaaS Sales, Business Development or Customer Success Management in APAC region
  • Have a minimum of 3+ years of APAC regional managerial experience
  • Expert understanding of the digital performance marketing, especially PPC advertising principles on Facebook and Google
  • A good knowledge of ad serving technology and/or behavioural targeting technology
  • Experience in engaging at C-level
  • Strong analytical skills and an understanding of how monetisation metrics link to commercial business metrics
  • Commercially driven and a strong ambition to succeed against challenging targets
  • Fluent English 

BONUS POINTS

  • Previous experience in building sales machine for SaaS early-stage companies (b/w $1m – $10m ARR) will put you ahead of the pack big time
  • Great and expansive network of clients, where you have sold corporate marketing solutions in the past, have existing contacts to CMOs, Heads of Marketing in e-commerce in APAC
  • Speak Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Malay or Czech/Slovak
