The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing data-driven media strategies and tactics that drive positive ROI for e-commerce or mobile app companies. S/He will think creatively and analytically, be great at building a robust strategy, and work collaboratively across the organization. Additionally, this candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.

What you'll do?

  • Manage $50K+ monthly budget across channels to meet business goals in terms of both product and regional focuses
  • Build, lead and mentor performance marketing team, assist in the execution of their functions, ensure that their professional skills are consistently growing
  • Work with Head of ROI Hunter Easy to implement paid marketing strategies and tactics to support the global growth with a focus in the US, the UK, and Canada; including the acquisition of new customers and partnering with the product team on retention and engagement
  • Work with Analytics to devise more intelligent, algorithmic and scalable ways of bidding for and deploying spend against user acquisition
  • Manage a pipeline for innovation across marketing channels, promotional offers and messaging, using A/B and multivariate tests to test hypotheses
  • Partner with internal creative teams to develop integrated marketing messaging and creative execution
  • Manage all campaign ad hoc analyses, which includes response tracking and campaign reporting
  • Manage overall acquisition budget; including implementing the process for spend pacing and reporting to finance and other stakeholders
  • Present findings to other stakeholders
  • Embrace knowledge of all changing media marketplace conditions, consumer trends, research/measurement evolutions, ad tech, and provide expertise internally to keep organization in the know

What we need from you

  • 3+ years of buying and managing campaigns across SEM, Social, or Programmatic Display
  • Must have experience of growing marketing efficiency on a measurable basis (CPA, ROI, LTV, etc.) at scale
  • Either in-house or agency experience is ok
  • Self-motivated and strong collaborator
