What we need

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter who can help us attract and hire top talent.


In this role, you will:

  • Strategically partner with hiring managers, their teams and own the full cycle hiring process for commercial (sales, marketing, success team) roles around the globe  from sourcing to closing manage
  • Establish strong relationship with Recruitment agencies and Headhunters in all key markets
  • Act as a champion for candidates throughout their journey by ensuring they feel supported and set up for success
  • Create positive candidate experience
  • Identify unique ways to source strong candidates via the internet, content and branding initiatives, driving employee referrals and attending networking events
  • Use data and analytics
  • Experiment with new ways to optimize our interview processes, internal workflows, and solve for candidate experience


You should:

  • Have 3+ years experience in hiring talent to high profile jobs
  • You have  lots of personality,  presence and high energy
  • Believe that great talent is the foundation for any company's growth and success
  • Prioritise a seamless candidate experience and  understand the needs of the business and its leaders
  • You love structuring your work, think critically and  adapt easily to changing priorities, and enjoy collaborating with others
  • "Get Things Done" and "Make Good Things Easy" attitude
  • Be fluent in English (another language strong plus)

Bonus Points

  • Previous experience in building sales machine for SaaS early-stage companies (b/w $1m – $10m ARR) will put you ahead of the pack big time
  • You previously worked at Software or SaaS companies
  • Existing connections with Sales reps, CSMs, marketers in the e-commerce industry in Europe
