What We Need
We are growing rapidly and looking for an experienced Global Head of Marketingto take over the responsibility for all Marketing activities.
In this role, you will:
Be in charge of all Global Marketing Activities and be expected to develop and implement new marketing initiatives to drive sales, business growth and market awareness.
Growth hackingRun experiments to drive engagement of prospects/current customers
Evaluate running experiments
Create with team set of new experiments
Look after the brandEnsure our brand is well represented in all assets
Perform regular review of our brand proposition based on research, data, discussions with management and update it as needed
Define and communicate the propositionEnsure RH communicates the right things to the market, customers, prospective customers and partners
Collect the data to ensure the proposition resonates and supports commercial goals
Own the product launch process and ensure commercial team enablement working closely with the product team
Thought leadership-Orchestrate generation and distribution of quality content to the market
Support the content generation by 1st (research) and 3rd party data to ensure our narrative is always backed by data
Cooperate with Facebook Marketing team on the promotion of our content
Team Management- Manage a global marketing team and review current team structures, roles and training and conduct regular one to ones
Take complete ownership of the Global Marketing function and bring out the best in the team enabling them to deliver targets across all areas of the ROIHunter marketing mix
Generate MQLs and deliver on MQL targets through Online Marketing Campaigns promoting RH proposition and thought leadership pieces
Organizing events around the same
Constantly experiment to find new ways how to generate MQLs
Loop in all relevant teams into your work streams to ensure company alignment
Report to the CEO and work with senior leadership team as be the interface between Product and Commercial
A keen, eager learner who turns every experience into a growth opportunity
“Can do” attitude, strategic thinker and passion for new technology
Comfortable using tools/technologies for marketing performance tracking and reporting (Hubspot, Hotjar, Google Analytics, Facebook)
Have a minimum of 5 years of experience, with 3+ years proven experience specifically in the SaaS Marketing
Have a minimum of 3+ years of Europe regional managerial experience
Expert understanding of the digital performance marketing, especially PPC advertising principles on Facebook and Google
A good knowledge of ad serving technology and/or behavioural targeting technology
Strong analytical skills and an understanding of how monetisation metrics link to commercial business metrics
