Our goal is to provide our advertisers with the highest possible return on investment with flexible, intuitive and easy-to-use campaigns that are cross-device and multi-platform. We understand the unique needs and challenges that small and medium businesses face which is why we have dedicated Customer Success Owner to work as trusted advisor and expert for our clients.

Given the continued growth of our Small Business client portfolio, we are looking for a motivated individual to join us in our headquarters in Brno. Working closely with dev, marketing and product performance teams, Customer Success Owner provide in-depth strategic solutions and build collaborative relationships with our advertisers through campaign launch, optimisation and performance reviews.

In this role, you will be instrumental in providing ongoing value to our clients and therefore integral to growing our business - you are someone who enjoys working at scale.



  • Grow and retain a portfolio of Small Business clients at scale
  • Establish, maintain and effectively manage business relationships with relevant stakeholders
  • Working closely with our clients you will drive customer satisfaction by actively educating clients on our products, best practices and industry trends
  • Identify and leverage industry trends to deliver value to our clients and grow our business
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and tools, you'll optimize campaign performance and budget utilisation for our clients
  • Prepare and share regular reports on key performance metrics with internal and external stakeholders
  • As the voice of our customer, you'll work collaboratively and cross functionally (for example, with Product, Marketing, Development) to drive process/product improvements and innovation in our business


  • Have min. B2 level of English
  • Be strongly interested in online advertising and willingness to learn
  • Be able to work at scale, leveraging tools to analyze data, spot opportunities and risks
  • Be excellent at prioritizing an array of tasks and managing time effectively
  • Be a strong communicator and highly analytical working with multiple stakeholders
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, high energy company culture


  • Knowledge of the display advertising ecosystem required as well as a passion and interest in RTB, Programmatic Buying, performance marketing and direct response measurement
  • Proven experience in online advertising or customer support/success management
