Customer Success Manager (MENA)

What we need

We now seek an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our MENA team.


Our CSM team is responsible for on-boarding new clients and helping them get the most out of performance advertising on Facebook.

 

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: 

  • Have your own portfolio of MENA customers and your mission will be to help them succeed on Facebook
  • Advise best e-commerce clients in the region on  strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns
  • Orchestrate customer trials to ensure they fall in love with ROI Hunter and advertising on Facebook
  • Outline and oversee measurement strategy, tracking, and results delivery
  • Use data and analytics to build a consultative solution for our customers
  • Be the customer voice when working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to design new product features

You should

  • Had worked as a PPC Specialist, know the job inside out and you want to move to an account management
  • Have proven experience of min. 2 years with performance marketing, advertising metrics
  • Be fluent in English and Arabic 
  • Be nimble in spoken and written communication with clients, proactive, diligent and humble
  • Have a technical and business mindset alike
