Chief Revenue Officer

👫 Who are we looking for? We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Chief Revenue Officer to join our company's management team. You will be representing the commercial organization internally, towards clients, media and board. 

🌍 Where? Full-time employment ideally in our London, Prague or Brno office

🗓️ When? Starting March 2022

 

About the job

  • Work alongside our CEO to define & deploy commercial strategy & targets
  • Monitor the marketplace and analyze opportunities, provide competitive analysis, strategies, and tactics
  • Stay well-connected with customers and collaborate on further development of our platform 
  • Define scalable commercial strategies and models
  • Identify and resolve challenges  across the marketing/sales/customer success functions
  • Collaborate on hiring and personal development strategies for commercial roles
  • To do all of this you need previous experience in a  Senior commercial role in a scaling SaaS company
  • You also have a strong track record of growing revenue and you led at least mid-sized commercial organization and have the ability to lead with integrity, credibility, inspiration and also mentor others
  • Deep understanding of omnichannel or of pure-play e-commerce retail and the economics of commercial organization and SaaS business model including P&L will help you to succeed
  • We are data-driven. Can you easily use data to identify problems before they become visibly obvious?
  • Have you built sustainable commercial organizations performing at or above industry benchmarks?

To summarize: If you have a track record of taking young scaleup to new markets and especially US to utilize your experience and leave your own legacy in the market we might be the best partner for you!
