Business Development Manager - Outbound/Prospector

What we need

In this role, you will:

 

  • Prepare market research and prospect potential customers based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Assists in the development of a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through research and prospecting.
  • Generate an advanced market research and identify prospects based on ICP.
  • Engage with prospects through emails and phone calls to learn about their needs and get them excited about the ROI Hunter Platform.
  • Understand the services of ROI Hunter and communicate effectively to the prospects.
  • Convert qualified leads into opportunities for BDEs to demo ROI Hunter platform.
  • Update clients’ database regularly.
  • Create and update necessary presentation materials in order to be in-tune with the platform updates.
  • Read materials related to the field of operation in order to successfully handle objections.
  • Research and recommend business strategy, both on the long term and short term to the organization’s management towards business expansion.

You should have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or work experience
  • Experiences in marketing and/or sales
  • Experience with CRM softwares
  • Strong ability to carry out tasks with very little supervision or independently
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to perform at optimum even under work pressure
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding quotas
  • Strong desire to learn about our product in order to effectively identify customers needs and sell ROI Hunter solution
  • Be able to discuss digital and product marketing related topics comfortably
  • Language skills: English; additional EU language is a huge plus.
